IAZI sees distortions for property owners on the horizon.

IAZI AG has published its report on the first quarter of 2022 under the title “Difficult times ahead for homeowners and savers”. For private residential property (single-family houses and condominiums), the report still shows an increase of 1.4% in the first quarter of 2022 (previous quarter: 1.9%). On an annual basis, price growth is still an impressive 6.3% (previous quarter: 6.2%). However, inflation and rising costs for homeowners overshadow this development.
