The Fondation Beyeler in Riehen is showing the first Henri Matisse retrospective in German-speaking countries for almost 20 years until 26 January 2025. With over 70 important works, the exhibition focuses on the development and diversity of the artist’s groundbreaking oeuvre.

Now the online magazine Luxury Defined from Christie’s International Real Estate has recently discovered that the positive rating of restaurants in the neighbourhood can also have a positive influence on the value of properties.

According to Raiffeisen Switzerland, price momentum is picking up again: prices for single-family homes rose by 1.6 percent in the third quarter of 2024, condominiums cost 0.9 percent more than in the previous quarter, single-family homes in the centres and urban regions recorded the strongest price increases in a year and prices for condominiums rose the most in Central Switzerland in the past four quarters.
