Good properties have become rare in Switzerland. Offers in the middle and even in the higher segment can only be found after a long search or with professional support. And yet there are still dream properties, but for most people they will probably remain just a dream. 

Annelies Wüst runs the real estate company Wüst und Wüst, based in Küsnacht, together with her husband Herbert and with CEO Beat Hürlimann. She has been active in the brokerage of villas and upscale residential properties for a good 30 years. She spoke with David Strohm of NZZ Residence about the special challenges of brokering properties in the upscale segment.
